Afrotods is a children’s digital storytelling brand owned and produced by Deo Media. Our website and downloadable storybooks provide families with interactive, animated, and educational content.

By using our website, purchasing content, or accessing our downloadable storybooks (“Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.


2. Eligibility

  • Purchases and accounts must be created by adults (18+).

  • Children may use Afrotods content under the supervision of a parent or guardian.


3. Purchases & payments

  • All purchases are processed securely via our payment partner (e.g., WooCommerce, Stripe, or PayPal).

  • Prices are shown at checkout and may vary by region.

  • Once payment is confirmed, you will receive access to your purchased content.


4. Access & downloads

  • Purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable license to view and download the content for your household use only.

  • Content must not be resold, redistributed, or made publicly available without our permission.

  • We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access (due to internet outages, hosting downtime, or service maintenance), but we aim to provide reliable access.


5. Intellectual property

  • All content (including videos, illustrations, text, characters, and brand elements) is owned by Deo Media.

  • You may not copy, adapt, or create derivative works from Afrotods content without written permission.


6. Refunds & cancellations

  • Digital content is generally non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

  • If you experience technical issues preventing access, please contact us and we’ll work to resolve it.


7. User responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree:

  • To use content only for personal, family, or classroom use.

  • Not to share, upload, or distribute Afrotods content unlawfully.

  • Not to attempt to hack, bypass, or misuse our website or paywall system.


8. Children’s use

Afrotods is designed for children, but all purchases and accounts must be managed by adults.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children’s use of Afrotods content.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Deo Media is not responsible for indirect damages (e.g., data loss, loss of access due to internet issues).

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the affected content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of UK. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of United Kingdom.
